切花菊保鲜技术研究进展

摘要

随着切花产业的发展,切花保鲜问题日益突出.切花菊保鲜主要涉及花部和叶片保鲜2个方面,国内切花菊保鲜技术研究主要集中于采前预处理和采后保鲜剂配方的研制等方面.综述了多年来切花菊保鲜技术的研究进展,目前的研究主要集中于采后保鲜,已经筛选出21种较为成熟的切花菊保鲜剂,这些研究成果对进一步研发切花菊保鲜技术具有重要参考价值.%Fresh-keeping has been being an prominent problem along with the development of cut Chrysanthemum, mainly including the fresh-keeping of flower and leaf. The domestic research on prevention technology of cut Chrysanthemum mainly focuses on preservative formula for preharvest treatment and postharvest fresh-keeping. Research progress on prevention technology of cut Chrysanthemum in recent years are reviewed in this paper and it is found that the current hot research topic is postharvest fresh-keeping and 21 kinds of proven preservative formulas are screened out. These research results have important reference values for further research and development of prevention technology of cut Chrysanthemum.
