Three kinds of disinfectants ( HgCl2 , H2 O2 , NaCIO) were used to treat the seeds of P. capitatum respectively, and the effects of fumigating or not by chlorine gas on disinfection and germination of the seeds of P. capitatum were studied to find out the optimum disinfection method for sterile germination of P. capitatum seeds. The result showed that P. capitatum seed had better effect with fumigation by chlorine gas for 24 hours, then sterilizated by alcohol for 10 s, disinfected by 0. 1% HgCl2 for three minutes. The germination rate was up to 98% without polluted.%为了寻找头花蓼种子无菌萌发的最佳消毒方法,用HgCl2、H2O2、NaClO分别对头花蓼种子进行消毒处理,研究了用氯气熏蒸与未熏蒸对头花蓼种子的消毒及发芽影响.结果表明:头花蓼种子用氯气熏蒸24 h,酒精消毒10 s,再用0.1％的HgCl2消毒3 min效果最好,发芽率达98％,无污染.
