为花生黄曲霉的抗性研究和建立快速有效的鉴定方法提供参考,对花生种子的白藜露醇、脂肪氧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、胰蛋白酶抑制剂、几丁质酶、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶等黄曲霉抗性物质、膜质过氧化反应、种皮超微结构和抗性成分及抗黄曲霉基因进行了综述,同时对花生抗黄曲霉成分和基因研究进行了展望.%In this paper the A. Flavus-resistant substances such as resveratrol, lipoxygenase. Phenylalanine ammonialyasearypsin inhibitor,chitinase,β-1,3-glucanase, lipid peroxidation. Ultrastructure and A. Fldvui-reslstant composition of seed coat, and several A. Flavus resistance-related genes were reviewed,and the prospects for the future studies of A. Flavus-res'istant substances and genes were put forward as well.
