社员对农民专业合作社组织信任的影响因素分析

摘要

In order to provide a reference for promoting the healthy development of farmers' professional cooperative,according to the researches on the factors influencing members' trust on the cooperative organizations,on the basis of a sample survey of Shaanxi Province,the factors influencing members' trust on the cooperative organizations were analyzed by using regression model of principal component analysis and binary Logistic.The results showed that among the factors of the members' trust on the cooperative organizations,the most important factor was the relationship between the members and cooperative organizations.The next was the characteristics of cooperative organizations.The features of members had no significant influence.Whether the motivation of cooperatives was accepted by members was the key factor in the relationship between the cooperatives and members; and the justice of bonus system was the most important factor in the characteristics of cooperative organizations.%为了给农民专业合作社的健康发展提供参考依据,根据组织信任影响因素的国内外研究成果,基于对陕西省农民专业合作社社员的抽样调查数据,运用主成分分析法和二元Logistic回归模型分析了社员对合作社组织信任的影响因素.结果表明:社员对合作社组织信任的影响因素中,合作社与社员的关系影响最大,其次是合作社特征,社员特征的影响不显著；合作社与社员的关系方面,社员是否认可合作社的动机是关键因素；合作社特征中,分红制度的执行是否公正是最重要的因素.
