To better improve and control the quality of S.herbs,by using air drying,sun drying, baking,fresh cut,sweating processing methods,the contents of cryptanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA were determined by HPLC,and the impact of different processing methods on cryptanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA of S.miltiorrhiza were studied.Results:The content of cryptanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA was quite different in different processing methods of S.miltiorrhiza,the content of cryptanshinone was the highest as S.miltiorrhiza processed at 80℃ baking after washing and its value was 0.4201%,the content of 100℃ baking was the lowest and the value was 0.205 4%;the content of tanshinone ⅡA was the highest as S.miltiorrhiza processed at 100℃ baking then sweating and last baking at 60℃ and its value was 0.735 8%,after washing then air drying was the lowest and the value was 0.366 7%;Relative to the sun drying,the content of cryptanshinone of S.miltiorrhiza was increased by 1.4 times after dealt with 80℃baking after washing method and the content of tanshinone ⅡA of S.miltiorrhiza was increased by 1 .5 times after dealt with 100℃ baking then sweating and last baking at 60℃ method.%为更好地提高和控制丹参药材的质量,分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干、鲜切、发汗法处理丹参药材,采用 HPLC法测定隐丹参酮及丹参酮ⅡA ,考察不同加工方法对丹参中隐丹参酮及丹参酮ⅡA的影响。结果表明:不同加工方法的丹参中隐丹参酮及丹参酮ⅡA的含量差异较大,隐丹参酮含量以丹参洗后80℃烘干最高,为0.4201%;100℃烘干最低,为0.2054%。丹参酮ⅡA含量以100℃烘发汗后60℃烘干最高,为0.7358%,洗后阴干最低,为0.3667%;相对于晒干法,洗后80℃烘干法处理的丹参中隐丹参酮含量升高1.4倍,100℃烘发汗后60℃烘干法处理的丹参中丹参酮ⅡA含量升高1.5倍。
