广东乐昌市香芋产区土壤养分特征与香芋品质的相关性

         

摘要

To prove the correlation between soil nutrient and the quality of fragrant taro,and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the quality by rational planning the planting and fermentation,the nutrient status,including organic matter,available N,available P and available K,and their effects on fragrant taro quality were studied through a field investigation and an indoor analysis.Results:1)this region was of moderate organic matter content,sufficient available N and available P content and deficient available K content.2)the available P and available N contents were positively correlated with total sugar content fragrant taro;Organic matter content was positively correlated with VC content, slowly available potassium content was negatively correlated with VC content.%为探明香芋产区的土壤养分特征与香芋品质的相关性,为其合理规划种植以及施肥提高品质提供理论依据,通过野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法对广东省乐昌市香芋产区的土壤有机质、有效氮、有效磷和速效钾等养分情况及其对香芋品质的影响进行研究。结果表明:1)该产区土壤有机质含量中等,富含有效氮和有效磷,缺乏速效钾。2)土壤有效磷、有效氮含量与香芋的总糖含量呈正相关;有机质含量与VC 含量呈正相关,而速效钾含量与VC含量呈负相关。
