The fingerprint spectrum of stem bark of T.asiatica was established by HPLC gradient elution method under the conditions of chromatogram columiniation phenomenex cemini C18 (250 mm 4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution and 320 nm wavelength,and the data were analyzed by similarity evaluation software to provide a reference for development,utilization and protection of T.asiatica resources in Guizhou.The results showed that there are 13 peaks in HPLC fingerprint spectrum of stem bark of T.asiatica.The similarity between fingerprint spectrum of stem bark of T.asiatica and fingerprint spectrum of root bark of T.asiatica is above 0.9.In conclusion,The chemical components of stem bark of T.asiatica is similar to chemical components of root bark of T.asiatica and the chelerythrine content of stem bark of T.asiatica is 0.06%~0.20%.%为黔产飞龙掌血药材资源的开发利用和保护提供参考依据,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以 phenomenex Cemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,在320 nm 波长下建立黔产飞龙掌血茎皮部的指纹图谱,并用相似度评价软件进行数据处理。结果表明:黔产飞龙掌血茎皮部药材的 HPLC 指纹图谱共有13个峰,与根皮部药材图谱的相似度高于0.9,初步认为飞龙掌血茎皮部的化学成分与根皮部相似,茎皮部白屈菜红碱的含量为0.06%~0.20%。
