为筛选出土壤硝态氮提取率高且符合实验室检测条件的提取方法,选取同一土壤样品,研究振荡提取和超声提取方法对植烟土壤中硝态氮提取效果的影响.结果表明:振荡提取的最佳工艺条件为提取体积60 mL、提取时间30 min、提取温度45℃和振荡频率160 r/min,土壤样品硝态氮含量为26.76 mg/kg;超声提取的最佳工艺条件为提取体积60 mL、提取时间30 min和提取温度15℃,土壤样品硝态氮含量为26.81mg/kg.2种提取方法的效果相当,但超声提取条件更容易控制,方法简单快速,更适于大批量样品处理;在低温环境下超声提取更有优势.%The effect of two different extraction methods (vibrating extraction and ultrasonic extraction) on nitrate-N extraction from the same soil sample of tobacco-planting soil was studied to screen the extraction method with the higher soil nitrate-N extraction rate and suitable laboratory detection conditions.Results:The optimal technological condition of the vibrating extraction method includes 60 mL extraction volume,30 min extraction time,45℃ extraction temperature and 160 r/min vibrating frequency and the nitrate-N content in the soil sample is 26.76 mg/kg.The optimal technological condition of the ultrasonic extraction method includes 60 mL extraction volume,30 min extraction time and 15℃ extraction temperature and the nitrate-N content in the soil sample is 26.81 mg/kg.Though the nitrate-N extraction effect of two extraction methods is equivalent,the extraction condition of the ultrasonic extraction method is easier to be controlled and more suitable for mass sample processing.The ultrasonic extraction method has more advantages under the low temperature condition compared with the vibrating extraction method.
