学习型党组织学习制度建设研究

摘要

The key to build a learning party organization lies on the establishment of a scientific ,practical and an effective system. According to the current situation, the major task at present stage is to build and perfect the following systems： the collective learning system for all party members, a leading cadres training system ,the investigation and research system ,self-taught system for all, the theory evaluation system of the leading cadres and the system of putting what learned into practice.%抓好学习型党组织建设工作，关键是要建立健全一套科学完备、符合实际、行之有效的学习制度。根据党的实际，现阶段主要是要进一步建立健全党组织集体学习制度、领导干部培训制度、调查研究制度、党员个人自学制度、领导干部理论学习考核制度、学习成果转化制度。
