PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine learning device that can efficiently use a cache by appropriate cache lock, an industrial machinery system, a manufacturing system, a machine learning method, and a machine learning program.SOLUTION: A machine learning device 2 is provided, which controls processing of an industrial machine 11 by a controller 12, including an operation processor using a cache memory, and learns data to be locked in the cache memory. The machine learning device includes: a state observation unit 21 for observing the state of the industrial machine; and a learning unit 22 for learning an operation which defines the data to be locked into the cache memory, based on the state observed by the state observation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
