中国导游队伍低素质背后的症结探讨

摘要

随着旅游业的快速发展,中国的导游队伍日益壮大,但同时导游队伍的整体素质却一直处于较低状态,年轻化、低学历、低等级成为其长期摆脱不了的印记,这种现状难以适应中国旅游业高速发展的需求和旅游产业素质全面提升的要求。本文从人才流入、成长和流失三个方面分析了造成中国导游队伍低素质的直接原因,探究了造成中国导游队伍低素质背后的症结所在,提出了解决问题的思路。%The tour guides of China are growing stronger day by day with the rapid development of tourism.However,their integral quality has been at a low level with the characteristics of being youthful,low academic qualifications,and inferior grade for a long time.Apparently,this existing situation can hardly adapt to the rapid development of China＇s tourism and the requirement to im-prove the quality of tourism industry.This paper analyzes the direct causes which make the low quality of China＇s tour guides from three aspects,namely the gain,the growing,and the drain of talents,probes into the sticking points behind this problem,and finally proposes the solutions.
