浅析大学生辍学的成因、表现及对策

摘要

大学生辍学是当今大学教育中一个普遍存在的现象,导致大学生辍学的原因很多,不是简单的因为成绩不好而退学,它包括家庭原因、个人因素和外部因素。对于我们高校学生工作者来说,＂为了一切学生,为了学生的一切,一切为了学生＂是我们工作的中心,所以加强对辍学学生的教育、引导,保证学生顺利完成学业是我们必须要加强的一个工作。%University students drop out of school is a common phenomenon in education today, there are many reasons leading to students dropping out of school, not simply drop out of school only because of poor scores but also family reasons, personal and external factors. For we educators in colleges and universities, the core part of our work is to practice the tenet of ＂for all students, for all of students, all for students＂ .So it is a job must be strengthened that enhancing education of the drop-outs, guiding them and ensure them completing their studies successfully.
