军队院校教学工作评价运行模式的影响因素分析

摘要

本文着重对影响军队院校教学工作评价运行模式有效运行的两方面因素进行了分析,外部因素主要有政治体制的制约、经济发展的制约、国民教育发展的制约、教育评价理论与实践发展的制约,内部因素则涉及建立浓厚的质量文化氛围、成立专门的评价机构和专门的评价队伍、健全相关规章制度、设置合理的评价指标体系等方面。%On the impact of the military academies teaching evaluation mode of operation the effective operation of two factors are analyzed,the external factors are the constraints of the political system,economic development constraints,the constraints of the development of national education,educational evaluation theory and practice of development constraints,internal factors are in-volved in the establishment of a strong quality culture,the establishment of specialized rating agencies and specialized assessment team,improve relevant rules and regulations,set a reasonable evaluation index system and so on.
