大学生就业核心竞争力的培养与构建

摘要

How to cultivate the core competitiveness of employment, how to improve the employment rate of university students has become a social problem can not be ignored. This paper defined the importance of the employability of university students for universities, then from different aspects to analyze the composition of employment of university graduates, and finally made a few proposals that college students can effectively improve the employability and competitiveness.%如何培养大学生就业的核心竞争力,如何提高大学生就业率已经成为一个不容忽视的社会问题。本文首先明确了大学生就业能力对于高校的重要性,然后从不同的方面分析了大学生就业能力的构成,最后提出了几个能够有力提高大学生就业竞争力的建议。
