浅析“有效教师”的教学设计能力——以《药》的教学设计为例

         

摘要

有效教学理论认为,有效教师的一个关键行为就是组织和安排能产生中高水平成功率的教学,并向学生提出超越给定信息的挑战。教师是否"有效",就要看他是否能把有效教学的关键行为和策略恰当自如地体现在设计之中,以促进学生的发展为宗旨,将课程标准落实到课时教学目标中。本文以《药》为例,分析其有效教学行为在教学设计中的运用和缺失,力求从中归纳出有效教师应有的教学设计能力。%Effective teaching theory suggests that,a key actor of effective teachers is in the organization and arrangements to produce high success rate of teaching to students,and make the challenges beyond the given information.If the teachers are "effective",we should see if he can appropriately reflect the key of effective teaching practices and strategies in the design freely,in order to promote the development of students for the purpose,and make the teaching curriculum standards implemented in class target.This paper takes "Medicine" as an example,analyzes its use and lack of effective teaching behaviors in instructional design,strive to learn proper instructional design capabilities of effective teachers.
