The overall development of a person is in accordance with the characteristics of integrating scientific literacy and hum- anistic quality and the specific nature of reality, which decides that ideological and political education can take on the mission of training qualified personnel in the technological age. To achieve this mission requires the reconstruction of ideological and political educator＇s quality.%人的全面发展是科学素质与人文素质融合特性与思想政治教育的现实具体性的一致，这决定了思想政治教育能承担起在科技时代培养合格人才的使命。实现这个使命提出了重构思想政治教育者素质的要求。
