应用电子技术专业因其知识系统性较高,学生掌握较为困难,在当前师资力量相对短缺情况下,通过对五年高职应用电子技术专业的“分层递进”教学模式的探索与实践,采用学生分层不分班、教学目标分层可望可及、分层教学‘挟中有放”、分层评价多样化等方式,激发了学生学习的主动性,挖掘学生的学习潜能,提升各个层次的学生知识和技能。%It is hard for students to master the courses of application of electronic technology professional because of its broad system of knowledge. Moreover, professional course teacher insufficiency is serious. All these activate the probe and practice of step-up teaching model, which can amuse student's interest in learning, stimulate their intelligence potentiality and enhance their knowledge and skills of different levels. In teaching, various teaching methods are adopted, for example, students from the same class are layered, for whom instructional objectives and evaluation criteria of different levels are set.
