本文针对士官学员的学习特点,结合多层次、探究式及活动教学理论,对士官实验课教学改革进行了研究和探索,提出了几项改进措施。%In this paper, according to the noncommissioned officer trainees' learning characteristics, combing with a multi- level, inquiry-based and activity teaching theory, research and exploration of the noncommissioned officers experimental courses teaching reform, put forward several improvements.
