摘要

校企合作是培养高技能人才的必由之路,对企业人才需求进行调研,能为技工院校专业教学计划的改进及就业工作提供第一手资料和宝贵的经验,本文就我院汽车系顶岗实习学生在企业的工作、学习和生活以及企业用人情况的具体实践进行了调研和思考。%School-enterprise cooperation is the only way to train highly skilled personnel,to conduct research enterprise demand for talent,able to provide first-hand information and valuable experience for of mechanic colleges improvement of professional teaching programs and employment work,this article on my hospital car internships the students research and thinking in the concrete practice of corporate work,learning and life,as well as enterprises employing situation.
