高职院校辅导员加强集体主义观念教育的方法浅析

大学生思想政治教育的主要任务之一是加强集体主义和团结合作精神教育。当90后成长为大学校园里的主角,生活水平及方式的变化使得这些年轻人的集体观念普遍淡化。本文分析了90后在校大学生的集体观念普遍淡化情况,并专门针对高职高专院校学生进行了分析,提出了高校辅导员应采取的态度及具体措施,并对辅导员针对90后大学生进行班级管理提出了行之有效的办法。%One of the main tasks of the ideological and political education to strengthen the education of collectivism and the spirit of unity and cooperation.
