Today,we promote a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,the "dignity" is really good for nothing? Start from the meaning of "dignity" with a reflection on the current "division drop",and proposed reshaping the dignity of the measures.The view to the harmonious,truly implement people-oriented philosophy of education.%在提倡和谐师生关系的今天,＂师道尊严＂是否真的一无是处？本文从＂师道尊严＂的涵义入手,对当前＂师道中落＂进行了反思,并提出重塑师道尊严的措施。以期将和谐、以人为本的教育理念真正落实。
