论电子政务在我国服务型政府形象塑造中的作用

摘要

E-government as a tool for transformation of government functions,improve administrative performance,the provision of public services is a focus of government building;image of the government is an important criterion for measuring government performance.E-government in the shape of our service-oriented government image to enhance the promotion of government action to promote the concept of government services optimized to promote the role of visual image building service-oriented government.%电子政务作为政府转变职能、提高行政绩效、提供公共服务的工具,是当前我国政府建设的一个重点内容;政府形象是衡量政府绩效的一项重要标准。电子政务在我国服务型政府形象塑造中发挥了促进政府服务理念的提升、促进政府行为方式优化、促进服务型政府视觉形象建设的作用。
