浅析消防指挥院校毕业队学员常见心理问题及疏导方法

摘要

Currently, students of institutions of public security and fire command is the main source of grassroots units of China＇s public security and fire managers, their mental health is related to the stability and development of the public security fire grass-roots units. The research team participants graduated from the public security and fire command schools the com- mon psychological problems and ease the method has a very important practical significance to strengthen grassroots fire brigade combat effectiveness, and improve the overall quality of the grass-roots fire brigade officer. This article is now public security fire command graduation team participants the common psychological problems, and some workable practical sterile method for the preliminary discussion.%当前,公安消防指挥院校的学员是我国公安消防基层部队管理者的主要来源,他们的心理健康事关公安消防基层部队的稳定和发展。研究公安消防指挥院校毕业队学员的常见心理问题及其疏导方法,对强化基层公安消防部队战斗力,提高消防部队基层军官的综合素质有着十分重要的现实意义。本文就现目前公安消防指挥院校毕业队学员存在的常见心理问题及一些操作性强、实用性强的疏导方法作初步的探讨。
