高校辅导员在大学生心理教育中的角色问题探析

摘要

本文首先探讨了大学生心理健康方面存在的诸多问题，继而指出高校辅导员在大学生心理辅导方面扮演着重要的角色，但是高校辅导员在该方面的角色扮演存在许多问题，比如角色不清的问题，工作方式方面的问题等。最后，结合笔者的实践经验，针对心理疏导者角色扮演的问题，给出了三点建议。%This paper first discusses the problems exist in the mental health of university students, and then pointed out that college counselors in psychological counseling of college students play an important role to play college counselor in the role of many problems, such as unclear roleswork issues. Finally, combining the practical experience of the author, for psychol- ogical counseling role play, and gives three suggestions.
