高职教育是高等教育中一个不可缺少的重要部分，高职教育的目标是培养具有高技能的应用型人才，但高职院校的学生在文化基础上明显弱于本科院校的学生，并且高职院校招收的学生分为两大类，即普高生和“三校生”，为了实现高职教育培养人才的目标，本文重点通过对不同生源类型学生在文化基础和学习方法等方面的差异性调查和研究。提出相应对策，为提高教学质量和培养高素质人才提供参考。%Higher vocational education is an important and indispensable part of higher education, vocational education, the goal is to foster the application of highly skilled talent, but the students of vocational colleges in the culture on the basis of significantly weaker than the undergraduate students of the institutions, andhigher vocational institutions to recruit students divided into two categories, namely General School Students and San Xiaosheng ＂different Sources of types of students in order to achieve higher vocational education and training personnel goal, this paper focuses by differences in the cultural foundation and learning methodssurveys and studies and propose corresponding countermeasures, provide a reference to improve the quality of teaching and training of highly qualified personnel.
