诊所法律教育中国化进程中的困境与出路

摘要

As far as the location, the clinical legal education methods should not replace the traditional method of general legal education, it should be seen as part of practice teaching method and its advantage under the existing conditions. Legal clinic education in the process of China, internal factors need to address teacher quality and the number of teachers, student status; external sources should solve funding and case problems.%就定位而言,诊所式法律教育方法不宜取代传统法律教育模式中的一般方法,应把其视作实践教学方法中的组成部分之一而发挥其在现有条件下的优势。法律诊所教育中国化进程中,内在因素方面需要解决师资素质和师资数量问题、学生身份问题;外在因素需要解决经费和案源问题。
