浅谈大学生行为现状及管理策略

摘要

随着教育事业的蓬勃发展，大学生数量不断的增多，影响大学生行为的因素也日益增多，导致了很多大学生的问题行为。本文主要阐述了大学生的恋爱行为、网络成瘾行为以及学习积极性，并根据所出现的问题展开分析并提出相应的管理策略。%With the vigorous development of educational undertakings, the University also constantly increased, along with the factors that affect college students＇ behavior also increased, led to many problem behaviors of students. This article fo- cuses on the love behavior of college students, the network of addictive behavior, and enthusiasm for learning, and by the problems in the implementation of management strategies.
