提高高等工科少数民族人才培养质量的探索

     

摘要

With the implementation of the western development policy grand strategy, national and local government atta-ches great importance to the development of minorities in higher education, in infrastructure, teacher training, enrollment and other aspects of the policy to be tilted. But self-employment system reform and college students under the market economy, and a series of questions on the quality of engineering education personnel training to be exposed longstanding ethnic min-orities, leading to a minority engineering graduates to adapt to poor, weak competitiveness, employment is difficult, studies a series of problems to be solved, such as graduate school is low. To this end, a series of questions focused on the analysis of engineering aspects of personnel training and the presence of minorities in this paper propose a solution.%随着西部大开发大战略政策的实施,国家和地方政府高度重视对少数民族高等教育的发展,在基本建设、师资培养、招生规模等方面都予以政策倾斜。但市场经济下的大学生自主就业制度的改革,在少数民族高等教育工科人才培养质量上长期存在的一系列问题得以暴露,导致了少数民族工科毕业生适应能力差、竞争能力弱、就业难、升学读研率低等一系列亟待解决的问题。为此,本文重点分析少数民族工科人才培养方面所存在的一系列问题并提出对策。
