南非防范校园欺凌行为的“全校参与”模式--《学校安全体系工作手册》解读与启示

To address bullying in schools, South Africa published a workbook, taking the whole-school approach to address-ing bullying in schools. The paper introduces and interprets the whole-school approach, inspires China to address bullying in schools and maintain school safety.%南非针对中小学校园欺凌行为出台了工作手册，采用“全校参与”模式防范校园欺凌行为。本文对南非的“全校参与”模式进行介绍和解读，并得出对我国防范校园欺凌行为、维护校园安全的启示。
