浅谈如何加强职业技术院校教学常规管理工作

摘要

近年来国家大力职业技术教育，职业技术学院的数量激增，社会人才需求与教育教学质量之间出现尖锐的矛盾，而教学常规管理与教育教学质量息息相关。鉴于此，本文通过描述职业技术院校教学常规管理目前存在的问题，进而对其如何加强教学常规管理，提高教学常规管理水平，提出相应对策，以期促进职业技术院校进一步发展。%In recent years, countries strongly develop vocational and technical education, vocational and technical colleges surge, in de-mand for talent and the emergence of social education quality between violent conflict and the general management of teaching and tea-ching quality are closely related. In view of this, the paper describes the routine management of vocational and technical schools teaching the current problems, and then teaching them how to strengthen routine man agement, improve teaching routine management level, and propose appropriate measures to promote the further development of vocational and technical institutions.
