建筑装饰专业学生职业能力培养的“双师双导”模式探索

摘要

建筑装饰专业是一个多学科交叉、应用性很强的专业。建筑装饰专业人才培养是以设计为先导，注重客户需求、个性化作业较强的专业。我们探索实施以“双师双导”为重点的工学交替的人才培养模式，以期解决目前高职建筑装饰专业的实践课程教学体系在实际推广中仍然存在一些问题。%Architectural Decoration Professional is a multidisciplinary, highly specialized application professional.
