研究生在企业的实习、实践对其创新能力和意识有着十分重要的意义，本文分析了目前研究生培养教育存在的问题，针对现在培养过程中存在问题提出一些有效的方法与对策。分析学校与企业共同培养研究生的优势。构建学校与企业联合培养研究生的新模式。%Graduates in corporate internship, practice has great significance to the awareness of its ability to innovate, this paper analyzes the problems of postgraduate training and education, and put forward some methods and countermeasures which can be able to solve some of the problems now in training process.
