基于校企合作视阈中的高等职业特色校园文化建设探析

Vocational school culture and corporate culture integration and docking, not only enrich the connotation of the campus culture, but also reflect the unique characteristics of higher vocational college campus professional culture. How vocational colleges rely on"industry, industry and enterprise,"the corporate culture and effective integration into the campus culture construction, how to learn from excellent corporate culture, cultivate high-skilled professionals, students achieve"zero distance"to provide adequate employment occupational culture preparation is an important issue.%高职校园文化与企业文化的融合与对接，不仅丰富校园文化的内涵，也体现出了高等职业院校特有的特色校园职业文化。高职院校如何依托“产业、行业和企业”，有效地将企业文化融合到校园文化建设中，如何借鉴优秀企业文化，培养高端技能型专门人才，为实现学生“零距离”就业提供充分的职业文化准备，是摆在我们面前的一项重要课题。
