This paper describes the status of financial security incidents, particularly analyzes the current problems, targeted to enhance the proposed emergency financial protection from the protection mode, emergency handling mechanism, the use of information technology, management and supervision of team building, measures capabilities.%文章阐述了突发事件财务保障的现状，尤其是分析了当前存在的问题，有针对性地从保障方式、应急处理机制、信息技术运用、监督管理以及队伍建设等方面提出了提升突发事件财务保障能力的措施。
