大学生心理健康教育课程教学是提高大学生心理健康水平，促进学生全面成长的重要途径。基于积极心理学理念对大学生心理健康教育课程教学目标、教学内容、教学实践、教学评价等进行深入探讨，以期构建积极、多元、完整的高校大学生心理健康教育课程体系，提高教育教学质量。%Mental health education of college students is an important way to improve college students' mental health, and promote students' overall growth.
