思想政治教育导向下旅游管理专业第二课堂建设研究

摘要

According to statistics, the employment situation of graduates of colleges of tourism management increasingly sluggish. On the basis of today's tourism management professional education situation analysis, summed up the current situ-ation appears tourism professional management issues. Then, with the ideological and political education to improve from the second class perspective, draw an important channel for the second class is to improve tourism management students of professional competence to carry out multi-level by the second class, all-round, three-dimensional cross-penetration method that professional education ideological education, integration and quality education, to enhance students' employability to-gether to enhance students' employability and competitiveness.%据有关统计数据显示，高等学校旅游管理专业毕业生的就业形势日趋低迷。文章在对现今旅游管理专业教育情况进行分析的基础上，总结出旅游管理专业现状出现的问题。随后，从用思想政治教育改善第二课堂的角度出发，得出第二课堂是提高旅游管理专业学生职业能力的重要渠道，通过第二课堂开展多层次、全方位、立体式的交叉渗透的方法，使专业教育与思想教育、素质教育融为一体，共同提升学生的就业能力，增强学生的就业竞争力。
