由于教学对象和教学需求存在巨大差异，高校对公共管理硕士（M PA）和学术型硕士应该采取不同的教学模式，以从不同的角度提升两种学生群体的能力。公共管理硕士（MPA）学位教育是链接公共管理实践和学术研究的重要平台。相关高校有必要通过建立公共管理研究共同体，使公共管理硕士（MPA）学位教育成为推动公共管理实践和学术研究共同发展的核心动力。%Because there is a huge difference in teaching objects and teaching needs, universities for Master of Public Ad-ministration (MPA) and Master of academic teaching should adopt different modes to enhance the ability of the two groups of students from different angles.
