当前高校生物师范类专业毕业生就业现状与解决对策

In this paper, the status of employment of Biotic Normal majors summarize, for biological counter-measures Normal college students employment problems were analyzed for biological Normal Universities in China majors employment has very important significance.%为了能够彻底解决生物师范类学生的就业问题，要参考当前的社会需求进行招生规模的调整，对于教育结构进行优化，将交叉学科人才与新兴学科的人才培养提上日程，进行就业指导、职业培训与相关教育，将学生的教育质量提升上去。本文对于高校生物师范类专业的学生的就业现状进行总结，对于高校生物师范类专业学生的就业问题的解决对策进行分析，对于我国高校的生物师范类专业的学生的就业具有十分重要的意义。
