高校专业乒乓球运动员“学与教”能力的提升路径研究

摘要

This research was conducted in order to improve the learning and teaching ability of the professional table tennis players in universities and to conform to the needs of the time and society. Several methods were used in this research, such as literature data, logical analysis and induction and deduction and so on. Shenyang Normal University was taken as an example in carrying out the research. Conclusion was drawn that professional training will act as the basis, effectiveness will be the goal and improvement of the content of teaching and its method will be the way.%为全面提高高校运动训练专业乒乓球运动员“学与教”的综合能力，顺应时代与社会对于体育人才的特殊要求。本研究利用文献资料、逻辑分析及归纳演绎等研究手段，以沈阳师范大学为例，详细讨论了运动训练专业乒乓球运动员“学与教”能力的提升路径问题。最终提出了以职业化培养方案为基础，以实效化培养目标为指向，以优化教学内容、改进教学方法为手段的专业化培养路径。
