The present invention relates to an assistance, implemented by means of a computer and videos, the improvement of movements, comprising the steps: - obtain (s1), from a system of the body of a sports, the images of the relative movements of the parts of the body relative to a selected which can advantageously be another part of the body; - class (t4) in a database of the movements of at least two categories, comprising, on the one hand, the movements which have made it possible to carry out an action that is effective (s5) and, on the other hand, the movements which have not made it possible to carry out an action that is effective (s6); - treat (t7 and t9, s8), the contents of the data base, so as to define a restricted set of parameters (α, ω, gamma) essential for the production of a movement to be effective, which makes it possible to define (s10) of the instructions for driving the sportsman simply on the basis of this set of parameters restricted.
