随着我国高校扩招，大学毕业生就业问题日益严峻，高校就业工作也面临严峻挑战，与此同时，随着城乡统筹发展进程的加快与社会主义新农村建设的展开，农村急需一批专业的农业人才。尽管目前高校存在创业比例低的现象，但高等农业院校毕业生有着得天独厚的农村创业条件，高等院校如果有效地做好他们的创业指导工作，必能在一定程度上通过农村创业将知识转化为生产力，推动毕业生科技创业，又能间接带动一方乡亲致富。%As China's increased enrollment of college ,employment has become a grave issue that challenges all colleges and universities.at the same time, with the urbanization process gets faster and faster and the all-around outspread of"Construction of new socialist countryside". The countryside is badly in need of a batch of professional agricultural talents. Despite the low proportion of entrepreneurship phenomenon in colleges and universities, but the higher agricultural colleges graduates has the advantageous conditions of rural entrepreneurship. If agricultural colleges and universities do their work effectively, it does as-sist its graduates in finding employment and transferring knowledge to productivity,meanwhile, it can promote graduates' tech-nological entrepreneurship and drive the folks to get rich indirectly.
