地方高校旅游管理专业建设实践探索

摘要

Xinyang Normal University, School of Business and Management of tourism management since the approved He-nan provincial professional characteristics, in the construction of professional orientation, curriculum system construction and teaching mode, teaching practice strengthening active exploration. In practice, relying on the industry education, science and professional direction, establish and professional culture adapted to the goal of the curriculum system, build"project guidance and integration of learning"teaching mode, strengthening practice teaching, to improve students' vocational ability to adapt, outside the construction of stable practice base, exert the function of post education, accelerate the teachers troop construction, and constantly improve the level of education, effect is remarkable and distinctive features.%信阳师范学院工商管理学院旅游管理专业自获批河南省级特色专业以来，在专业方向定位、课程体系建设、教学模式构建、实践教学强化等方面进行积极探索，在实践中，依托行业办学，科学定位专业方向，建立与专业培养目标相适应的课程体系，构建“项目引导，学做合一”的教学模式，强化实践教学，提升学生职业适应能力，建设稳定的校外实习基地，发挥岗位育人功能，加快师资队伍建设，不断提高育人水平等，效果显著，特色鲜明。
