摘要

本文主要以三维坐标系为中心,从横向、纵向和斜向三个向度将国内外教师专业化与专业发展的理论与研究进行再探析,尝试突破传统关系研究“拐点”,积极探寻研究的新“锚点”,从包含关系、维度关系和偏移关系来阐明教师专业化与专业发展在内涵、内容、方式、标准等方面的发展脉络与轨迹。%In this paper, three-dimensional coordinates of the center, from the horizontal, vertical and diagonal three dimen-sions to domestic and foreign teachers' specialization and professional development theory and research re-Probe, try to break the traditional relationship study"turning point", and actively explore research the new"anchor"from the inclusion relation, relationship, and offset dimensions to clarify the relationship between teachers' professional development and professional de-velopment context and trajectory content, content, methods, standards and other aspects.
