Objective To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil extracted from the root of Maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp.) grown in Jilin Province of China. Methods Volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation. The components were quantitatively determined by the normalization method and identified by GC-MS. Results 70 chromatographic peaks were detected.27 compounds of them have been identified through the computer standard spectra that accounts for 99.818% of the total amount of volatile oil. Conclusion The main components in the volatile oil are Benzyl nitrile,(3-Met hoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and n-Hexadecanoic acid. This study provides theoretical foundation for the further applications of Maca(Lepidium meyenii Walp.) grown in Jilin Province of China.% 目的对吉林产玛咖(Lepidium meyenii Walp.)地下根茎挥发油的化学成分进行检测.方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定其化学成分,面积归一化法测定其相对含量.结果共分离出70个峰,鉴定了其中27个化学成分.已鉴定成分占挥发油总量的99.818%.结论挥发油中的主要成分为苯乙腈、3-甲氧基苯甲醛和正十六烷酸,为玛咖的进一步开发提供理论基础.
