硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭60例体会

摘要

Objective To explore the application of nitroglycerin in heart failure. Methods 60 cases of heart failure patients, in the conventional application of strong heart, diuresis, on the basis of ACEI, plus nitroglycerin treatment for 7 to 12 days, compared with their clinical changes in patients before and after treatment, to evaluate its clinical effectiveness. Results The application of nitroglycerin treatment of heart failure, heart function improved significantly, with an efficiency of 81.6%. Conclusion Based on drug therapy plus Nitroglycerin can improve heart function of patients, and the clinical application is safe and effective.%目的：探讨硝酸甘油在心力衰竭中的应用。方法选择心力衰竭患者60例，在常规应用强心、利尿、ACEI等药物基础上，加用硝酸甘油治疗7～12d，比较治疗前后患者临床变化，评估其临床有效性。结果应用硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭，心功能明显改善，有效率81.6%。结论在抗心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用硝酸甘油可明显改善患者心功能，且临床应用是安全有效的。
