慢性鼻窦炎应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of chronic sinusitis endoscopic operation. Methods a total of 87 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis in our hospital from 2011 March to 2012 March were selected. According to the clinical typing in patients with different stages of chronic sinusitis, divided into the clinical effect of treatment of three groups of observation of nasal endoscopic operation. Results 87 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis, nasal endoscopic operation with treatment, the therapeutic efifciency of 93.1%.The I of patients with chronic sinusitis by endoscopic sinus operation treatment has the highest efifciency, with a signiifcant difference between the other two groups were comparative (P<0.01);operation therapy in patients with III genotype had the lowest efifciency, with the other two groups were compared also have signiifcant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical effect of endoscopic treatment of chronic sinusitis is satisfactory, among which the I type optimal patient outcomes.%目的观察分析慢性鼻窦炎应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院从2011年3月至2012年3月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者共87例。根据患者的临床分型分期不同，分为三组观察鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎临床效果。结果87例慢性鼻窦炎患者中，采用鼻内镜手术治疗，其治疗的有效率为93.1%。其中I型的慢性鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内镜手术治疗的有效率最高，与另外两组患者对比有显著性差异（P＜0.01）；III型患者的手术治疗有效率最低，与另外两组患者对比也有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论鼻内镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎能够取得满意的临床效果，其中以I型患者的治疗效果最佳。
