Objective To detect serum IL-2, IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis, in order to analyze the diagnostic value of IL-2, IL-4 in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital, 50 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis undergo a medical examination in our hospital health as the experimental group, over the same period 50 cases as the control group, the contrast observed in patients with IL-2, IL-4 test results and statistical analysis. Results The IL-2 (16.02±2.84)ng/l, the healthy lower than the control group, P<0.05;experimental group IL-4 of (127.85±61.52)ng/L, higher than the healthy subjects, P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Patients with allergic rhinitis, IL-2 was signiifcantly lower, IL-4 increased IL-2, IL-4 may participate in the occurrence and development of allergic rhinitis, worthy of application in the diagnosis and treatment of.% 目的对变应性鼻炎患者的血清IL-2、IL-4进行检测，以分析IL-2、IL-4对变应性鼻炎患者的检查价值。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者50例作为实验组，同期在我院进行体检的健康者50例作为对照组，对比观察两组患者的IL-2、IL-4检查结果，并进行统计学分析。结果实验组IL-2为（16.02±2.84）ng/L，低于对照组健康者，P＜0.05；实验组IL-4为(127.85±61.52)ng/L，高于对照组健康体检者，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论变应性鼻炎患者的IL-2明显降低、IL-4升高，IL-2、IL-4可能参与到变应性鼻炎的发生和发展中，值得诊治中应用。
