目的评价医疗卫生机构创建100％无烟环境的综合性干预效果，为开展医疗机构控烟工作提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法选取13家医疗卫生机构，按照统一的干预策略开展100%无烟医疗卫生机构创建活动，采用问卷调查法收集干预前后场所人群对烟草危害认识、吸烟与被动吸烟等内容，评价干预效果。结果干预前后场所人群吸烟率分别为14.9％和13.2％；干预前场所人群被动吸烟暴露比例为63.19%，干预后降至为49.65％，均无统计学意义。干预前后场所人群对对吸烟和被动吸烟危害健康知识知晓率有显著性改善。结论无烟医疗卫生机构创建活动的综合性干预措施取得了一定效果，需要进一步探索适合医疗卫生机构无烟环境创建的干预措施。% Objective To evaluate the health organizations establish 100%smoke-free environment comprehensive intervention effect, for build the foundation of the health organization for tobacco control. Methods 13 health organizations method were selection by stratified random sampling in Shenyang in accordance with unified which is intervention strategies to carry out 100%smoke-free environment health organizations create activities. To collect the information of tobacco hazard and smoking and passive smoking and evaluation intervention effect from a questionnaire. Results Before and after the intervention places the smoking rate were 14.9%and 13.2%respectively;Before the intervention place passive smoking exposure is 63.19%, after the intervention is 49.65%, were no statistical significance. Before and after the intervention to place people smoking and passive smoking is a health hazard of knowledge about significant improvement. Conclusion Smoke-free environment of health organizations create activities by comprehensive intervention measures have obtained certain effect. It is necessary to further explore suitable intervention measures for health organizations to establish a smoke-free environment.
