2型糖尿病患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ、凝血酶时间的检测分析

摘要

目的探讨凝血指标中 AT-Ⅲ、TT 变化在糖尿病及其并发症中的临床意义。方法用 Sysmex CA7000全自动凝血分析仪检测2型糖尿病患者和正常人血浆中抗凝血酶 III（AT-III）、凝血酶时间（TT）。结果2型糖尿病患者体内存在着高凝倾向，其血浆中 AT-Ⅲ低于健康对照组（P ＜0.05），而 TT 指标明显比健康对照组延长（P ＜0.01）。结论检测糖尿病患者 AT-Ⅲ、TT，可了解糖尿病微血管病变与凝血活化状态与血栓形成状况之间的关系，为糖尿病的疗效和预后提供依据。%　　Objective To detect the clinical values of anti-thrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) and thrombin time (TT) in patients with type 2 diabete but also in complications. Methods CA7000 was used for detection of type 2 diabetic patients and control group's anti-thrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) and thrombin time (TT). Results The patients with type 2 diabete were in hypercoagulable state easily .The AT-Ⅲ in group of type 2 diabetes were significantly lower than that of the normal control one, and TT is significantly longer than the normal control one. Conclusion The detection of AT-III and TT could help clinical doctors to observe the correlation between microangiopathy disease and thrombin activation, which is useful for diagnosis and avoiding the vascular pathological changes .
