目的探讨胎囊型与非胎囊型异位妊娠之间有何差异。方法回顾性分析128例经过手术确诊为异位妊娠的患者，根据异位妊娠包块特点分成两组（各64例），分别为胎囊型组及非胎囊型组，将两组间孕龄、包块大小、子宫内膜厚度、血β-hCG 值进行比较。结果胎囊型组及非胎囊型组两组间血β-hCG 值比较差异显著，胎囊型组子宫内膜厚度与β-hCG 值呈正相关（P<0.05）。两组间孕龄、包块大小及子宫内膜厚度比较，统计学未见明显差异。结论胎囊型异位妊娠的血β-hCG 值较高，胎囊型异位妊娠血β-hCG 值越高，其子宫内膜厚度越厚。% Objective To investigate the difference between gestation sac type and non-gestation sac type of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospective study of 128 ectopic pregnancy cases diagnosed by surgical operation. They were divided into gestation sac group and non- gestation sac group according to the characteristics of the ectopic pregnancy masses, 64 cases in each group. Comparative analysis was made between their gestational age, ectopic pregnancy mass, endometrial thickness and β-hCG. Results There was no significantly difference of the gestational age, pregnancy mass and endometrial thickness between the 2 groups. The β-hCG of the two groups was significantly different. The thickness is positively related to β-hCG in the gestation sac group (P<0.05). Conclusion The average endometrial thickness was relatively thicker in the gestation sac group, and there was a positive correlation between the thickness and the β-hCG.
